Leading Pakistan is a for-profit social enterprise and business consultancy founded by Mr. Junaid Iqbal. This organization is specialized in providing an entrepreneurship platform to the youth of Pakistan. By organizing training and self-improvement events, Leading Pakistan plays a major role in developing a ‘Productive Pakistani Human Capital’.
The recent achievement of Leading Pakistan can be seen in the form of its organized biggest life transformation and entrepreneurship development workshop of the twin cities of Pakistan, UTWW 2016 which was successfully held on 13th Feb. 2016 in Islamabad.
Outsourcing human capital to small & medium businesses is also the mission and aim of Leading Pakistan. The primary areas of business operations include the youth sector, small and medium businesses. Leading Pakistan is also committed to play in establishing an ‘Entrepreneurial Eco-system’ amongst the Pakistani youth, as well as the SME sector.
Leading Pakistan has done wonders since its inception. The core strength of Leading Pakistan is its "Brand Ambassador Program" which is currently established in 32 university campuses of Pakistan and we are engaging to (directly & indirectly) almost 250,000 to 300,000 students during a year through which 10% (25,000 to 30,000 Pakistanis) are brought towards entrepreneurship in a year which is a record achievement among any organization working in Pakistan.
